02 Website access and server logs
When you visit the site, the technical infrastructure processes information including IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device details, transferred data volume and HTTP status. This is necessary to deliver the website, identify errors and defend against attacks.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Logs are overwritten through size-limited rotation; security-relevant extracts are retained only for as long as they are required to investigate an incident.
03 Hosting and Cloudflare
The application runs on server infrastructure in Germany. We use Cloudflare for DNS, TLS, delivery and protection from abusive traffic. Cloudflare receives the technical connection data required for these services and may process it as a processor.
Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, Cloudflare relies on the safeguards applicable to international transfers. Further details are available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
04 Project enquiry form
When you submit the project form, we process the details you enter, including your name, email address, company or product, project description, selected goals, budget range and contact preference. The enquiry is stored on our access-controlled server and sent to kerim@formfolge.de for review.
SMTP2GO is used as the technical email delivery provider. We process your enquiry to respond and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other communication is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiries are deleted when no longer required, normally within six months if no project follows, unless statutory retention duties require longer storage.
05 Cookies and local storage
We use no analytics, marketing or personalisation cookies. The browser only stores a local record that the privacy notice was acknowledged. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies when a specific security check requires it.
This processing is required for the requested setting or for secure operation. Details are available under Cookies & storage. You can open and reset the setting from the footer at any time.
06 No analytics or external media
We currently use no audience measurement, advertising pixels, social media plugins or embedded videos from third-party platforms. The website creates no visitor profiles and makes no automated decisions about you.
07 Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect; this website currently does not rely on consent for any processing.

08 Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Our competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia: ldi.nrw.de.
09 Changes
We update this notice when services or data processing activities change. The published version reflects the current state of the website.
